We always really want to please other people, to be loved, to be a “good” person for everyone, and in order to be such a good person, we become trouble-free people.

Definition of Reliability

We try to earn an “excellent” or “well done” rating with our endless help. Often, in the pursuit of being “good,” we cannot say “no,” since no means denying something to another person. Such a person thinks that if he refuses, he will do “bad” to the other person, offend him and therefore is forced to always say “yes” in order to be a good person.

Let’s figure out what reliability is and give a definition of reliability. Reliability of a person — the inability to refuse a request or assignment; Always be ready to provide help and support to another person.

Reasons for failure

Besides the fact that a person always wants to be good, there are other reasons for a person’s reliability. One of the main reasons for human reliability is the subconscious fear of being alone and losing the respect and love of others. The following example of reliability can be given: when people every day allow themselves to be used as a reliable lifesaver, most often they are simply afraid to say no or do not know how to say no.
