Toxic boss

A girl, let’s call her Natalya, turned to me and told the following story:

“I work as a sales manager in the wholesale food supply industry. Over the past year, I made several very successful transactions with large counterparties and I was promoted. In my new position, I was faced with an “unsolvable” problem. I am now forced to regularly communicate with a senior manager, let’s call her Tatyana. Tatyana is a big woman, harsh, rude, insults, humiliates. After every meeting with her participation, I feel like a squeezed lemon. Help me figure out what to do…”

We agreed with Natalya to look at her situation in the arrangement.

In the first image of the arrangement, we recorded a leak of energy from Natalia towards Tatiana. We processed the situation, regained what was lost, and it became much easier. But not completely. Natalya’s body seemed to not want to accept its own native energy back: her hands and feet remained cold. There was a feeling of some incompleteness.

In the second image of the arrangement, Natalya’s childhood trauma was revealed, which was felt as a substitute, like tetanus-stiffness throughout the body, the heat of shame on the face, an unfocused look down in front of her, icy hands and feet.
