“For the third month now I have been telling myself that tomorrow will be better than today. Every morning I mentally kick myself in the gut and try to at least somehow change myself and the world around me. But all to no avail. I don’t know what’s the matter. A state resembling apathy. You lie on the bed and don’t see the point in getting up and starting to do something. I understand that you can’t live like this. I want to wake up and enjoy life.”
Indeed, anything can happen. What are the reasons for this condition?
1. Decline of internal strength due to improper alternation of work and rest, poor nutrition, inadequate sleep.
2. Lack of motivation and weak incentives to action.
3. A series of negative events, loss of loved ones, problems at work, conflicts in the family.
4. Monotonous lifestyle.
5. Toxic society.
Adequate sleep is the foundation of a healthy human body. Go to bed on time, sleep the prescribed 8–12 hours. Is it possible to take a nap during the day? Take advantage of this moment. Give your brain a rest and take a short break to clear your head a little.
