Self-confidence is a vital trait that plays a significant role in achieving success and happiness in life. It is the belief in one’s abilities and the ability to face challenges and setbacks with resilience. Developing self-confidence requires effort and dedication, and there are various exercises that individuals can undertake to enhance their self-assurance. These exercises have been studied and practiced for centuries, with notable figures contributing to the field and shaping the way we understand and approach self-confidence development.

Historically, exercises to develop self-confidence can be traced back to ancient philosophy and teachings. The Stoics, for example, emphasized the importance of self-discipline, rationality, and inner strength in facing life’s challenges.
