Commencing the day promptly is a crucial aspect of establishing a productive morning routine. By initiating your day early, you are able to take charge of your schedule and ensure that you have ample time to accomplish all necessary tasks. Research indicates that the most successful individuals typically begin their day at the crack of dawn. In fact, a significant majority of executives surveyed reported waking up at 5:30 a.m. or even earlier to kickstart their day.

Among these early risers, Padmasree Warrior, the chief technology officer for Motorola, stands out for her exceptional dedication to starting her day early. Warrior sets her alarm for 4:30 a.m. and immediately delves into her morning routine. She spends an hour checking and responding to emails, catches up on the latest news online, and engages in an hour of either cardio or resistance training. By adhering to this routine, Warrior not only ensures that she is physically active but also manages to prepare her son for school and drop him off before heading to work by 8 or 8:30 a.m.
