Body language: what is it and what can it tell you?

There are about 600 languages in our world. But there is one that does not require words — the language of our body. If you learn to “communicate” in it, you can learn a lot about the people around you.

The vast majority of people use body language without even realizing what they are doing. And the interlocutors most often understand what the person wanted to say. Some people practically do not use body language, while others are Italians and Spaniards. They can, in principle, communicate completely without words, since their gestures are so rich and eloquent!

Interesting fact: while words can lie, your body language always tells the truth, even when you didn’t intend to. Surely you have seen the performances of famous speakers. At first glance, a person behaves confidently, clearly formulates his thoughts, but his body is lying. He either nervously twitches his leg or fidgets with a piece of paper in his hands. And the audience understands: he is embarrassed and begins to tense up.

Let’s take redness of the cheeks for example. Surely many would like to get rid of this phenomenon forever. After all, it often spoils the image that we try to convey to others. And in order to control your peculiarity, you will have to seriously work on yourself.
